  • All businesses will benefit, but primarily small businesses that have a sense of community and collaboration.

  • SEED Education provides workshops, seminars, and online training sessions for business leaders interested in learning more about supporting neurodivergent employees in the workplace. Topics may include inclusive leadership strategies, workplace accommodations, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

    Follow-up support is provided with all programming (up to 6 months post-training).

  • Each professional development package is customised for the business that is requesting it. In general, though, the main session can range from a half-day (2.5 hours) to full-day (5 hours). All sessions are planned to incorporate collaborative work, discussion,  individual reflection, and breaks. Follow-up support is available for up to six months post-training.
