Subject-Specific Support For Elementary to Post-Secondary Students

At SEED Education Strategies + Solutions, we offer subject tutoring for students of all ages and learning profiles. Our experienced coaches provide one-on-one support, helping students hone their subject-specific skills while also incorporating learning strategies where applicable.

Students leave tutoring sessions with improved confidence in their subject-specific abilities.

Sessions are available both online and at the SEED office in Elora, Ontario.

tutoring process

1 - Initial Consultation

Schedule a consultation to discuss your learner’s needs, strengths, and goals. Depending on the subject of focus, we will conduct a basic skills assessment to develop a customized strategy to meet their goals.

2 – Implementation of Learning Plan

As a result of the initial assessment, tutoring frequency and duration will be determined in collaboration with you. Scheduled work sessions are flexible in nature, taking into account the current learning requirements of the student (such as upcoming tests, exams, assignments, homework, extra curricular commitments). We follow up with parents to share the actions and results of the session.

3 - Progress Monitoring

We will regularly monitor your learner’s progress and adjust goals and targets as needed based on their development and needs of everyday life. We’ll provide regular updates to caregivers and the academic team.
